Clear, effective communication is at the heart of how I work. To keep things organised, I primarily use email, which helps to keep us synchronised during the entire project.
Throughout the project, you’ll receive weekly updates to keep you informed as the project develops.
If you’d like to talk face to face at any stage, we can schedule a Zoom or Teams meeting, and of course, I’m available on the phone.

Most projects are completed within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on their complexity and how quickly you provide feedback. After our initial call, I’ll give an estimated timeline and a project outline for your approval.
You’ll receive regular updates to inform you of our progress and any changes to the schedule. The faster you provide the necessary content and feedback, the sooner your project can be completed.

After our initial chat, you’ll receive a ballpark estimate to give you a general idea of the fees involved. A detailed quote will follow once we’ve clarified the scope of your project.
